The request forms ask for contact information, the broad insurance topic, and a small amount of information needed to understand the request. Susman Insurance Agency uses that information to respond to the conversation you started. The forms are designed to avoid Social Security numbers, payment details, medical records, and other sensitive underwriting information.
An automated security check protects each submission, and the request is delivered through the agency’s restricted email system to an authorized recipient. The website does not use a public database for form submissions. After delivery, the email is handled under the agency’s mailbox practices; the website and form processor take no further action on it. Sending a request does not create or bind insurance coverage.
Calls and messages.
A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance. You may ask that your call not be recorded. The agency states that a recording will not be shared or distributed without legal authority.
You may ask to stop agency announcements through this site’s request form by choosing Privacy and describing the communications you want stopped. Any future text-message invitation must identify the brand, explain message frequency and possible message or data rates, and provide HELP and STOP instructions.
Security and site measurement.
This website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection and does not ask for payment information. Access to submitted requests and detailed site-measurement records is restricted to authorized agency personnel and supporting systems.
This website uses a privacy-configured analytics service to understand page views, general referral sources, and broad browser and device information. Measurement is handled through this domain. The service uses no analytics cookies, does not link a visit with activity on other websites, respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals at the collection route, masks two bytes of an IP address before storage, and removes query strings from stored referral addresses.
Raw visit records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Aggregated reports that no longer identify an individual visit may remain longer so the agency can compare general website use over time. This site does not assign a customer or account identifier to analytics activity. Blocking scripts or enabling a supported browser privacy signal prevents this measurement.
Children under thirteen.
Susman Insurance Agency does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children younger than thirteen. A child under thirteen must have a parent or guardian’s permission to use this website.
Updates and privacy questions.
The agency may revise its privacy statement as its practices or customer feedback change, so visitors should review it periodically. This site-specific notice is based on the agency policy effective July 19, 2024.
